If we're strictly going for dissimilar instances, I like the guys over at cawfee.club in general - gripscawfee.club, aicawfee.club, lateincawfee.club . For single user instance bros, theorytoeak.kyaruc.moe and teknomunkapogee.polaris-1.work are great guys. KawaneRiomisskey.io is probably where this side of fedi should start if they want to start following Japanese accounts.
That list is obviously nowhere near complete but if you follow those guys you'll also end up following most of the people who are worth following who don't get followed so much by people around here. I think it's right to say to go for dissimilar instances, or you're just going to get a bunch of people saying "oh yeah obviously I follow mint and pernia."
No I'm not going to give you the attention you want by telling everyone to follow you, Rehn.
