@MechaSilvio@poa.st @Aether@poa.st That's the tragedy of female psychology: The average woman would rather get raped by a strong, violent warlord, than loved by a kind and caring man.

@MechaSilvio@poa.st @Aether@poa.st It would probably work, if she actually played it like a man and settled for a lower status partner who was kind.

@Aether@poa.st Men were attracted to her beauty and youth - not her personality - and both are waning. If she could get this, she'd still have some value as a companion, but as she seems unable to do this, she will die as a smug, lonely bitch.

The problem isn't that men don't feel like crying sometimes. The problem is that the average woman regards any man she has seen crying with utter disdain. If anything, the problem is "toxic femininity", not "toxic masculinity". But I highly doubt that this seminary bitch is even conscious enough to master her own hardwired preferences.

@ChristiJunior@detroitriotcity.com Maybe it'll turn into a gourmet manga. Every chapter a new alien recipe.

@mage@poa.st @Rudolf_von_Goldenbaum@poa.st @ChristiJunior@detroitriotcity.com This. Humans have seen only a couple of demons and often think "maybe there's a good one somewhere". Frieren has seen many thousands.

@Rudolf_von_Goldenbaum@poa.st It's a decadent and destructive morality that puts a hypothetical scenario above everyday perception. Maybe George Floyd would've cured cancer at 50...

@dogslurp@poa.st @TrevorGoodchild@poa.st @chainsaw_appreciator@nicecrew.digital @ZRDR_DelRio@shitposter.world @Wormwood@poa.st Ball pits have become a way to signal to others, that you refuse to mature in a dignified way. For kids they're mainly associated with "child storage" shops in malls, where they are put, so that their parents can shop undisturbed. But the crowd of low-functioning adults who use "adult" as a verb has come to see them as some mythical place to connect them to a childhood they probably never had.

@brigrammer@poa.st @vrilium@poa.st @Witch_Hunter_Siegfired@poa.st @doonxib@poa.st History didn't start with the sailing of the mayflower. The same applies to every part of Europe - Christian for countless generations. Churches, chapels and shrines in every village, a cross on every somewhat significant peak.

@brigrammer@poa.st @vrilium@poa.st @doonxib@poa.st @Witch_Hunter_Siegfired@poa.st The idea of a people living in tribal structures over a vast area having an identical pantheon like if there were a pagan pope promoting it is bullshit. I guess most gods and their modes of worship were rather local. People of common ancestry probably had some overarching myths that were vaguely recognizable, but still differed greatly. On the other hand, celts and germans were completely different people as an example, while both being more or less native to Europe. Most modern pagans don't want to find their own spirituality rooted in nature, but build a replica of the Ronan Catholic church with Odin/Wotan on top.

And real time motion capture is possible with a home PC?
Is there a way to be a "homebrew" vtuber, or do you need a central infrastructure? In a publicly traded company there will always be pressure to expand the things that are successful - even up to the point they aren't successful anymore.

@suquili@poa.st @DC5FAN@poa.st @lpheathen2@poa.st Exactly. Your friend seems to be on the leftward slope of the IQ distribution. The inability to grasp averages and abstractions and the love of video Essays are solid evidence. Children see one example of X and assume that all other X are like that - simple prejudice. The bottom of the barrel stays on this stage. When they get older, they notice that this is not true and sometimes shed their prejudice. Many normies remain on this stage. More experience and the ability to recognize patterns create a new kind of "learned prejudice", which is sometimes mistaken as simple prejudice by people in the middle stage.
