[reposting to pin on this account] During the week of Jesus' crucifixion, He lived all of His hard teaching given at the sermon-on-the-mount. And, during that tormenting time, God's help was withheld from Him. This was for our sake. For when God raised Jesus from the dead in victory, Jesus raised with a special privilege. That He may take for Himself any man or every man that walks or has walked upon the Earth. That such a man would belong to Him there after. And, that man would no longer be satan's. Jesus set forth a condition that, He would only claim those who would believe. That is believe that He had suffered and died, that God's help had been withheld from Him, so that He could claim them, and help them. Jesus, the living deliverer, God's helper to man, watches over the Earth. Not to punish or reward people to train them to do better. No, He gives men a lot of freedom to live and do as they desire. What Jesus is looking for, are people who want Him. Those who give their life to Him, surely they will not be disappointed. Surely, they will not be put to shame. Jesus is returning soon, and all things will be made right.

@icedquinn@blob.cat Those are good examples of, the system moving too fast, and control slipping. I guess I am not arguing that it cannot happen. But, instead that, blowing up your neighbor or shooting people at a gas station, does not contribute to the destabilization of an overlord government.

@icedquinn@blob.cat When it is framed that way, I think people find it compelling. But, from my perspective, the accelorationists don't actually help the situation. And, the overlords, are already pushing as much as they can. And, sometimes they go too far, but they have enough control to slow things down and keep an unplanned collapse from happening. In the mean time anyone engaging in accelorationism, just becomes a terrorist to innocent people. They trade their goodness for evil. Surely that is a cursed upon themselves and others. Just like Ted, and many copy cats sense Ted.

I've found that universally, that you just get the parts of the cow no one wants to buy, it tastes bad, and probably has things that are bad to eat. That was my experience with beef, turkey, buffalo, and lamb. Big corp, or local, the result seems to be the same. You only know what you are actually eating, if you get the intact chunk of meal. It seems to be, that you can cook most things like a roast, and then eat them over several meals. Or, if the piece is extra tough, and you want to cook it in a pan, brining is very simple.

@RehnSturm256@shota.house At this point, the dogs are getting a lot of left overs. But, as you say, only the ones without seasoning or herbs. Olive oil also seems to disagree with them. It has taken some trial and error. We cook a lot of whole meat stuff, like chicken or burgers, often there are left overs to recycle for the dogs, that we used to just through out. They also sometimes get egg or sardines (the ones packed in spring water.) In any case, like I said, a touch of butter, a bit of scrap meat, should go a long ways.

@RehnSturm256@shota.house sharing a little bit of butter, and meat with the kitty ever day, probably goes a lot farther than you'd think. I've got a very old golden-lab, and she becomes unable to walk on even good wet pet food. But, feeding her meat has stretched out her life, and mobility by years.

@ehhh@varishangout.net I'm not sure I would trust that. Industry has a bad habit of adding, waste products from other things, and calling it vitamin enrichment.
