After your 2nd one there's a law of diminishing return. It doesn't do much and you're just drinking to drink it. Back in January I quit caffeine again. (I was on like 2 cofes, a monster zero and 2~4 diet mtn dews per work day). No headaches, just fucking terrible leg pain for a week. The other day I had a coke zero at 6pm and couldn't get to sleep until 5am. 😡
