autoimmune (adjacent) diseases are awful...basically your immune system gets perpetually spooked by skeletons of bacteria and goes nuclear on your own body periodically throughout your whole life...

I have an autoimmune reaction on my hands and feet. I have to treat it with serious medicine all the time just to keep my skin intact. It's always itchy

When I eat certain foods I get a rash on my hands too and it's itchy and uncomfortable π£

that's especially hard for you because you have the baby and the baby needs a lot of touch.

Yeah I ate some cookies my mom sent for Easter and I think they had coconut in them because I am dealing with a rash right now :( I try to avoid all steroids use if I can. Is that what you use?
The cookies had an ingredients list that were safe for me to eat but then Tyler had the package and peeled it off and it had DIFFERENT ingredients listed under a sticker. Super weird honestly. We have epi pens but thankfully I haven't needed to use one. If Tyler eats peanuts though it's pretty scary π

Zyrtec is a decent alternative to benadryl if you need to stay awake. Sometimes I have to double dose though to make the hives go away.

I break out in hives from stress and the only thing that makes it go away is oral steroids π£

Is not quite like lyme disease. My immune system has been producing anti-bodies that had conflated the Wuhan Coronavirus with my nerves.
