I feel you but can you find the resolve to at least leave it to God when the time comes, and not do anything yourself in that direction? I know this is a low bar for existence, but it would prevent the worst in the life to come. As Christians (and I don't know your faith) we are of course called to strive for higher goals: one is the process of becoming Christ-like: a continuous process of metanoia (repentance/changing one's ways) to purify the heart, which is the foundation of theosis. Another goal is to make good use of what God has given us, relying on the parable of the talents: only the servant who buried the gold given to him was cast out. The one who tried, and the one who succeeded, both were rewarded beyond measure.

Everyone will be forgotten eventually, and funerals are for the living, not the dead. I'm not sure any of it matters. That's not to say it's not important, because you value it, it clearly is, but it's not something you should fear so much that it ruins your ability to do things. Also for affection and relationships, you have to seek these things out. There's a lot arrayed against people these days, but I don't think it's insurmountable. In the mean time, have more intimate friendships.
