@LordMordred@poa.st @Terry@poa.st The shooter knew it wasn't going to cycle, he's not at all surprised after the first shot and immediately manually cycles the next round. Even if it's a poorly set up pistol, he probably bought it used in some shady, untraceable way, and used a shady suppressor that was either homemade from a kit, or illegally obtained.
