Ngl, so long as your sufficiently covered in some chainmail like substance you're pretty well off. Short of a pretty good blunt weapon or repeated strikes from something sharp, nothing is gonna harm you. Which is why I always have to be disappointed with Medieval Combat as displayed by Mass Media.
