Where is that groups image when you need it?

@georgia@netzsphaere.xyz At this point, I don't think that is possible. It's all about who you interact with and what you post about.

@coolboymew@shitposter.club It makes no sense for some films to have female characters and that is okay.

Have fathers abandoned the role of teaching their children and just expect them to figure everything out for themselves?

"Masculine: Being on a quest.
Feminine: Being the reason for the quest."

"I have a wife and nine children, and a pretty hard time we have too, we are so many; and most of the children are so small, they can do little for the support of the family. I generally get from two shillings to a crown a day for carrying luggage; and some of my children are in the mills; and the rest are too young to work yet. My wife is never well, and it comes pretty hard on her to do the work of the whole family. We often talk these things over, and feel pretty sad. We live in a poor house; we can't clothe our children comfortably; not one of them ever went to school: they could go to the Sunday-school, but we can't make them look decent enough to go to such a place. As for meat, we never taste it; potatoes and coarse bread are our principal food. We can't save any thing for a day of want; almost every thing we get for our work seems to go for taxes. We are taxed for something almost every week in the year. We have no time to ourselves when we are free from work. It seems that our life is all toil; I sometimes almost give up. Life isn't worth much to a poor man in England; and sometimes Mary and I, when we talk about it, pretty much conclude that we all should be better off if we were dead. I have gone home at night a great many times, and told my wife when she said supper was ready, that I had taken a bite at a chophouse on the way, and was not hungry—she and the children could eat my share. Yes, I have said this a great many times when I felt pretty hungry myself. I sometimes wonder that God suffers so many poor people to come into the world."

@vriska@lizards.live @georgia@netzsphaere.xyz Some people get all the luck.

But please feel free to contact me for anything related to moderating SPC. If you have any questions about SPC and about frontend things I would know about, if you have any query about moderation itself and if you feel that you've been harassed or one of the rules has been broken... please /DM/chat with me. I don't see reports made nor can I possibly catch everything due to scopes so I rely on individuals coming to me directly right now.
If you'd like me to welcome you to SPC then I can do that too!

Honestly, I don't think there was any need to pile in on asa because they didn't agree with the way that things are moderated here.

@Kagekokoro@neckbeard.xyz Are you suggesting that the person telling me that I'm victim blaming is a somo/simp?

replyReply to @[email protected]
@vriska@lizards.live I have to admit, I'm really struggling here to come up with anything to explain it. To explain away why it isn't a choice. Like if they are going to just give money away to women, it should be for the women in their lives (Family or girlfriend) or saved up for that purpose. Or maybe to a charity that supports women if they don't have that. But what do I know?

Is simping behaviour like a disability? Is it victim blaming to hold simps accountable for simping?

@takao@shitposter.club @Moon@shitposter.club Don't be silly. It wouldn't apply to him.

@Xalef@shitposter.club @vriska@lizards.live Really? I think you are at home on fedi then. I feel like the oddball out that I'm pretty straight when it comes to things like drugs and alcohol intake. As in, I don't take the stuff recreationally or as like a fix.
