They're fun for small whims (Ghibli-style album covers, memes, et cetera) but insufficient to replace anything complicated.

And now, which of these two darlings do you prefer? Asima Sefić 🇧🇦 or Faith Collins 🇺🇸 You decide.

Nope. One and only one. Surprised Cristina Carmella is taking an early lead, but perhaps it's too soon.

I have no respect for the institution of democracy, but I do genuinely care about the views and opinions of those who follow me and share my taste for the Rose Race. It's been roughly two years since I started hosting contests for the Rose of the Month. For the span of April 2024 - March 2025, the following were chosen: daphne_scb 🇫🇷 Miss April 2024 Cristina Carmella 🇺🇸 Miss May 2024 Faith Collins 🇺🇸 Miss June 2024 Elisa Albanese 🇮🇹 Miss July 2024 sophiamoeu 🇭🇺 Miss August 2024 Larissa Opitz 🇩🇪 Miss September 2024 Maia Gabriele Rodrigues 🇧🇷 Miss October 2024 hey.its.rachel.b.too 🇺🇸 Miss November 2024 phoebeisginger
Miss December 2024 Willo Marchais 🇫🇷 Miss January 2025 Meagan Caine 🇦🇺 Miss February 2025 Emily Deyt-Aysage
Miss March 2025 If you were to choose, who would be your rose? Asima Sefić 🇧🇦 won for the People's Choice April 2023 - March 2024. Who will win this one?

The Swedish Metal scene apparently had their own version called Swedish Metal Aid that's even cheesier. Say what you will, Dio and friends had the courtesy to actually ROCK OUT. These guys, on the other hand...

Favorite comment: that guitar solo lasted longer than any of my relationships.

Heh, dig this Norseman posing with his battleaxe and severed Chinese head trophy (sorry @RealRaul@poa.st ). Before water filters, people in our corner were selling each other arctic root tablets. @Turkleton@poa.st @UnityOstara@poa.st @SuperSnekFriend@poa.st @nike@nationalist.social @Robert_Edwardly@poa.st @JustJohnny@poa.st @SuperLutheran@poa.st @Wormwood@poa.st @Victor_Emmanuel@poa.st

When libtards say banned books, I ask them which ones they mean. They go through the usual litany of titles (The Handmaid's Tale, Maus, The Color Purple), and when I ask if they'd ban Mein Kampf, the response goes one of two ways. Sometimes, a flat out yes, and other times, no with tons of qualifiers.

To have a holistic view of certain behaviors, norms, attitudes and customs especially in context with the time period. It's important to have all the relevant facts before passing judgement. Omitting evidence that contradicts a given narrative does the truth a disservice at best.

The 1950s had its ups and downs. One thing libtards conveniently leave out or spin for ideological purposes: the shellshock endemic among men who saw action, including my grandpa who had his limb blown off by a Japanese grenade.
