@snow@wintermute.fr.to Love smothering isn't the most accurate word, better is 'love bombing.'
"Love bombing is the practice of overwhelming someone with signs of adoration and attraction — think flattering comments, tokens of affection... It’s texts that increase in frequency... It’s surprise appearances *designed to manipulate you into spending more time with the bomber — and, not coincidentally, less time with others, or on your own.*"

Love Bombing: A Narcissist's Secret Weapon
It’s like using your sweetest voice, pet names, and special treats to coax your dog close enough to snap on the leash—that's how narcissists love bomb their prey.

@colonelj@kiwifarms.cc If it was already overpriced at its current price level, how are you able to resell for an even higher price?

A 2010 article about egg vaccines being discontinued in the US.
"U.S. Rejected Hen Vaccine Despite British Success"
Part of interest:
"The drop in salmonella infections in Britain was stunning.
In 1997, there were 14,771 reported cases in England and Wales of the most common type of the bacteria, a strain known as Salmonella Enteritidis PT4. Vaccine trials began that year, and the next year, egg producers began vaccinating in large numbers.
The number of human illnesses has dropped almost every year since then. Last year, according to data from the Health Protection Agency of England and Wales, there were just 581 cases, a drop of 96 percent from 1997."
From this article I can gather that at some point Britain had some sort of 'War on Salmonella' which may of resulted in the British aversion to it. Another country in the anglosphere, the US, didn't have a 'War on Salmonella.'

To my surprise when briefly looking over the history of Salmonella, it has more of a German/American history than British involvement initially.

Fun fact: food poisoning from raw eggs isn't real. It was just propaganda created by the British agricultural industry. Still to this day you'll see random British citizens recoiling in fear at eggs for no good reason.

You shouldn't look at screens in a dark room, it is just hurting your eyes for no good reason.

The tragedy of 100% efficiency is the by-products had a charm to them.

I'm noticing a couple visual distortions in the clip. Speculating if she is not alive and this is some form of cgi.
