Diseases after SHTF are are likely to kill more people than the first wave. People will be drinking whatever water they can find.

Having clean clothes is kind of on the bottom of the list. There might not be any water to wash clothes with. A 12V washing machine is an interesting idea, but would probably drain my batteries too much.

I've thought of getting something like this for when there is no power after SHTF.
