So they make up things about the figurines, due to them having an agenda against anime. It's basically like how we're seeing many different companies, or SJWs try and attack anime to get it censored or removed. So since they can't get Japan to bend the knee, they're trying to just out right create issues with anime, so they'll try and get it banned however they can at this point.
