Finished watching Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out. This is a very normal, relaxing, fun romantic comedy series. Uzaki herself is very charming, though the viewer gets to know her mischievous side just as well as her God’s-gift bust. Her only drawback is that after hitting 20, she becomes an unpleasantly heavy drinker. It‘s interesting that her senpai, Sakurai, seems to want things to stay as they are. But what are his real motivations? He is certainly ripped enough to have a girlfriend, but never seems interested in things ecchi; after the first episode, we never see much of what he’s studying at university, either. Does he really just care about gaming? Is there enough time for the relationship to go on indefinitely without developing? These aren’t really problems, though, and a third season of doing more of the same would be just as enjoyable to watch. #UzakiChanWantsToHangOut #anime
