the funny thing about california is how widely accessible alcohol is. you can get it in gas stations for crying out loud, i'm not so sure it's like that in other parts of the USA. it's like the people who run this state know that their laws and culture make most people want to KMS, so they say, "sure, go ahead, drink yourself to death"
