Hence "waifu" in a meaning "wifeable" i.e. a woman you would marry, is just natural and weeb-complaint progression of the word's meaning. Language doesn't evolve as there is always intelligent (Intelligence does mean being smart here. Don't me) guidance. Also, languages have been devolving over time, not becoming more complex. Seeing so many people in other places suddenly using the term "Crashing out" and learning where it came from (niggers) was a strange experience. I know, like any institution, such an academy would become corrupt like the others right now, but the benefits of good people wielding outweigh the cost of bad people wielding it.

I'd go a step further and adopt Anglish as our official language. Get rid of those outlandish tongues like Frankish and Latinish.

They didn't impose certain rules on it back in imperial times like the French did, and now there is no way to enforce such uniformity. Within UK alone you got multiple dialects, add whatever the hell americans speak in, and there are next to no rules regarding grammar or word meanings/spelling - all the other colonies' "contributions" further make it a mess. At best they could come up with something analogous to "Hoch Deutsch" - so basically a purist version of German, which you can use to talk with about any German-speaking person, regardless of how terrible their accent may be.
