@orekix@anime.website This was a totally legit question back in 1992, UNIX(TM) was a mess, and NT was superb thanks to the Top Man being _extremely_ experienced in developing operating systems. For better or worse Microsoft botched it during the NT 3.51 period, and it was all over when graphics were put into the kernel in NT 4.0. Even with Microsoft messing it up, during the mid-late 1990s it was frequently a better thing to put into the hands of non-sophisticated users to run your application.
