In other words, just keep pirating and don't host all your treasures on one island.

@ehhh@varishangout.net i hope these companies shutdown nhentai aswell

@luithe@varishangout.net @ehhh@varishangout.net NHentai's death is very unlikely due to how much prevalence it has in terms of copy sites and the fact the site itself is run by people who seemingly don't give a single shit about anything. I mean the entire site is just e/ex-hentai scrapers.
They probably don't bother hosting the server in a country with copyright law at all.

@Iffine@varishangout.net @luithe@varishangout.net they are not completely exempt, in fact they were targetted last year thanks to irodori. but yes, the people there generally don't give a fuck and almost immediately after the DMCA, the users just started reposting the doujins that got taken down again.

@luithe@varishangout.net @Iffine@varishangout.net what are they doing to the hentai scene

@luithe@varishangout.net @ehhh@varishangout.net This only applies to allied countries with similar laws or legal agreements. Not sure where NHentai is hosted or by who, but I can assure you at the first sign the site actually needs to be nuked ownership will "conveniently" be bought out for $1 by some guy in a no name backwater country with no formal agreements with Japan. I agree with taking it down but they recognize themselves as a piracy site. That is to say, they know the methods of escaping copyright law if need be. Mangadex wanted to be official by contrast. Their downfall is due to their own dedication to legality.
