Republicans are going to have so much to undo after the next election. This is all such Hell. We just need to hope that they are motivated to go back and undo all this. Just not doing more won't be enough.

@Cousin_Isobel@spinster.xyz I really wish republicans would ease up on the religious liberty slant and lean harder on freedom of speech and association and safety of women and children. I'm sure the gender lobby *would* repeal religious freedom if they could get away with it, so I understand and appreciate the gop bringing it up, but the U.S. has religious rights pretty well locked down already. We shouldn't have to convert to islam or catholicism to have a right to tell a male person to get out of a women's changing room.

Ultimately the debate over trans ideology is a moral one, so a moral or religious foundation is needed to argue against it. Freedom of speech won't cut it

Considering that there are about 20000 rapes of white women by black men every year and about 0 rapes of black women by white men, I think even feminists would not need much of a moral philosophy in place to hate them.
