neox - https://pouet.chapril.org/@neox fsf.org uses Plone, gnu.org uses CVS and I’m not sure what stallman.org uses but I think also CVS or SVN. The FSF has historically had to keep a lot of things on gnu.org so he can update them, often without any notice. I hope this situation improves.
