Avoiding Twitter COMPLETELY is the only way to stay off it tbh, even seeing Telegram screenshots makes me want to check it and see what's going on but that will only bring a cycle of endless new phone numbers, finding your frens, building up a follower base and then getting insta banned with no explanation or recourse the moment you get them all back. It is best to rise above it and break the cycle. By only using Poast and other post-Twitter methods you are helping not only yourself but your brothers break free from the vicious cycle of dopamine addiction that is Twitter.
