>I did it again It's almost impossible to get enough protein without chugging down like 4 shakes a day man unless you eat like steak for every meal. Easier for me to imagine giving up on that (ie. protein goals) than on lifting by far, and no I don't believe you need 'only this much' ie. less than about 1g/lb for bodybuilding because I've seen the best gains of my life eating that much, probably would make better gains earlier if I ate more than that but I can't imagine getting that much in reasonably. Woman for your time
