guys, what's a good stimulant i could get on to improve focus, productivity, learning, etc? i've accepted that i'm going to need to get on drugs. something like adderall but nootropic and non-prescription.

@collappsar@kiwifarms.cc @amnesiac@poa.st Yes often times the sleep issues are caused by a lack of exercise. Also, limit the blue light that you receive. I would go to your phone and computer, and other devices, and change the blue light settings. On Windows 10 they have the built in night light mode which I used all of the time to filter the blue light. It is under the display settings. Thank you friend.

@collappsar@kiwifarms.cc @amnesiac@poa.st If one of your devices does not have such a mode, or an application that can filter the blue light, you can purchase a blue light filter that you put over your screen. Be wary though, as some of the ones you find online are fake and don't do anything, so make sure to look for a trusted one.
