@Noraweed@shitposter.world librecad and i think i just found the issue APPARENTLY THE FUCKING PROGRAM DOESN'T LIKE CERTAIN SYMBOLS OR SOME SHIT LIKE THAT ALL I HAD TO DO WAS CHANGE THE NAME OF THE FUCKING FOLDER it's something so minuscule i can't believe it

It porbably is the encoding, if i had to guess librecad wants to use utf8 but your OS is using something else, if it is microsoft windows chances are it is using the legacy cp1252 (windows-1252) OR iso-8859-1, but thanks to how windows works it ain't properly setting the environment the way librecad expects so it has no way to know that encoding is being used. As far as text encoding format iirc windows 11 should warn when iso-8859-1 and cp1252 are used instead of the more widely supported utf8
