Time to post some cool stuff. This is Saint Stephen the Great of Moldavia, considered to be the greatest Romanian that ever lived. Few of the 47 years of his reign were of peace and he was at war almost constantly. He was generous and faithful to the Church and fought in a lot of battles (36), losing only 2 of them. He built a monastery for each victory. He was quick to anger and was a great warrior, at some point he received a Damascus steel sword as a gift.

@CosmaruCiorilor@poa.st @grips@cawfee.club One of my closest childhood friends was adopted from Moldova, he had issues but he was good at heart. He did volunteer firefighting though whenever people died it would upset him a lot.

@CosmaruCiorilor@poa.st @grips@cawfee.club Me too, we’re not in contact anymore (he took a break from Facebook because he saw a house fire in which a dad and kid died, the dad tried to protect the kid with his body when they couldn’t escape. He said that he needed to disconnect from online for a bit and I got rid of my FB so I have no idea what’s going on with him) but I wish him the best

@CosmaruCiorilor@poa.st @grips@cawfee.club America, His biological parents died (I never got a clear story but from what little he told me they were killed, he also had a facial thing where he couldn’t smile fully which he said was from a shrapnel injury he got very young) and he got adopted
