@eri@mk.moth.zone they only have experience with horrible public transit there's lots of ppl over here that are like that, they've only ever known the horrid open air cramped slow buses, so much so that when the new dedicated bus lane and fast buses came out they rallied against it and are still pushing to abolish the bus lane

@eri@mk.moth.zone I'm in Chicago so non-zero chance of having crackheads getting uncomfortably close to you. In adjacent areas I've seen the most ragged up people waiting at bus stops. But in all fairness it won't really present a problem unless you look like a millionaire.

public transit in Europe is great. I've seen people take a shit on the bus in the US. It's not the same man.

Last time I was in Jalisco buses were just overcrowded with people, I mean at least no people obviously on something when I was on the buses but not the easiest thing to ride in.

Jalisco. The busses and trains are *crowded* during rush hour, but crackheads aren't shitting on the seats. Then again, the roads are also crowded during rush hour.
