@RehnSturm256@shota.house Just the French gov stalking me because the company I opened in 2021 has generated 0 revenue (which is correct) and they're asking me if I'm tax evading.
So I explained the context of what has happened since 2021 and they just don't believe it or not understand it fully, they don't even know the laws that prevented me from having social housing when I was on the verge of being homeless.
A big bruh moment and I'm angry at them for repeating the same thing over and over.
At least, compared to the last time they more or less listened.

@mangeurdenuage@shitposter.world @RehnSturm256@shota.house Here in Spain it's impossible to talk to anyone in person involving tax matters, not even on phone. It's just a series of letters you can send back and forth. Even if you take them to their specialized tax court you aren't present. Only way to see them is if they take you to criminal court to put you in jail

The IRS still owes me $7k for 2022 taxes. They avoid paying that by using a call center full of sheboons that just make shit up until you get off the line.
They owe me $10k for 2023 btw. 😒

I just don't want to go to federal court for $7k. It's a lot of work for $7k, plus treasury will start deep diving my file when I do. Been there with clients. Don't need a litigation for $7k to turn into a full blown audit that eats up 200 hours of my time. I'm still working the administrative side anyway. Exhaustion of remedies.... blah blah blah. 😒

I didn't have to file my first year in practice because I got licensed in December. I subsequently got a letter stating that I was a licensed attorney in year XXXX and they wanted me to explain why I didn't file a return. They watch us like hawks.

What about it's jurisdiction, which end runs due process. It can take property and you have to go to court to get it back.
