If any of it is to be repaired, men need to start seeing themselves as valuable, and to VIOLENTLY oppose any thinking to the contrary. There's an element of brash confidence that comes with a man doing what they choose. When they tell themselves that they are free to do what they want, but that they must accept the consequences, OR benefits that come with their choices. I have experienced such confidence, but healing from decades of opposition on a familial, childhood level (i.e abandonment) is a true bitch to resolve. They must then VEHEMENTLY oppose anyone that comes at them for doing what is truly good for them. If women, the media, or society tells them that they are somehow "toxic", "wrong", or "evil" for doing what they love, for taking control of their masculinity, or for desiring those things which are pure, wholesome and righteous, then those people need to be struck down with absolute spite, venom and hate.
