They're doing Nanatsu no Taizai and it has an history of shitting itself and extreme lower budget to the level of the occasional fights being quite bad on the lore dump seasons of it

If you emulate, be sure to prepare an emulator that can link cable to another open instance to transfer your save file to the sequel because you don't want to type that manually. Then again that shouldn't be too too painful with two open emulators. On cart it was obviously hell and I gave up and begged a friend to do it for me with his GBA lol
