matrix@gameliberty.club American power companies actually shutting off your power if you don't pay your bill always seemed odd to me anyway. Here it is not physically possible for power companies to shut off power remotely, because that's how the powergrid is designed. They will just keep sending reminders and bills until eventually you'll have a debt collector on your doorstep, but you will never lose power.
