Honestly an "extraction shooter" sounds like the sort of game I'd want to play because arcade length action with some meta progression sounds pretty nice but I don't like multiplayer and I am sure they are shit in practice

tarkov is fun with the local server mod and a group of buds. no hackers, just NPCs and lads griefing each other or cooperating for raids

@DrRyanSkelton@mugicha.club they vary wildly, ive enjoyed thousands of hours of hunt tarkov is rather painful but its the kind of painful people like there is more downtime than you would imagine, i dont care for the time investment anymore, and tarky is so brutal you have to treat it like a job the progression, variation, and pvpve dynamics are all nice multiplayer is the best part hunt is more like chess, tarky is more like watching anime for an hour and then clicking mouse 1 once to steal an hour of work from a streamer with zero counterplay extraction shooters are games for the patient, i feel too busy to care for them right now
