@dave@gleasonator.com amazog has found it better to eat the cost on their mistakes. i remember when i was working there day shift somehow managed to send a case of 6 laptops to someone who purchased one- workers from pick, pack and shipping departments all got fired over that one. but once it arrives to the customer it is legally their property and it is dumb to try and recoup it
