I electrocuted myself awhile back unplugging my hair dryer. Touched the prongs accidentally. Didn't feel "painful" per se, but more like my hand was vibrating really hard on the verge of melting. Also hot. I guess it was "painful", as my hand was uncomfortable for a minute or so, but it was an unfamiliar sensation lol
