I've decided my current best girl of the season. She's no Maomao, which is why the autistic apothecary is still queen of this year, so far. Anne Shirley could theoretically beat Aharen, but that requires me to read the book before jumping into that anime.

Who/what show?

Speaking of best of the season, I am at a loss of what show to choose. Part of the issue is catching up on lots of shows /animu/, whose streams I once relied on to keep up, has not been watching neat shows due to faggy bias against current anime. Another big factor is that I dropped a few top contenders, namely Lazarus and Kowloon Generic Romance, fast and hard. Finally, I need to read the source of one show that I am sure could take that place, Anne Shirley. I have the Anne of Green Gables book but I just need focus on reading. It's a practice I have not done for fictional books in a long, long while.

kvit S1 is the bomb and S2 has been a joy that matches the quality of the first. Minase Inori is great at saying so much with a very little word count, which is the essence of the show. I recommend it.

I kinda see how bad the second Panty & Stocking season is. Oh, and then there's City The Animation. As I said, lots of heavy hitters. Gonna be interesting what stands out
