Moralizing retards on r/anime acting like this is the first time they see anime use creeps for humor

@LucoaMilkers@poa.st it is crazy the amount of people who seems to be into anime but gets offended at the usual jokes that's pretty much presents in most anime I've seen Nozomi's Washi Washi in Love Live being described as "rape", despite the anime having nothing else like that and the scenes intended to be humorous and it's just puzzling. How do you watch anything at all in the medium?

@coolboymew@shitposter.club @LucoaMilkers@poa.st I came across someone complaining about the pretty girls in LoveLive earlier today and suggested they watch something else instead.

@coolboymew@shitposter.club @LucoaMilkers@poa.st "Unfortunately lovelive depends on sex appeal to some extent that's also the main reason why there are not males shown in the anime or game( especially with our idols). They want to maintain virgin image of girl idols and that's why most of the lovelive fans are men in Japan. It's a franchise , what do you expect and it's main purpose is to make money by creating [...] things to attract as a way to sell products, dvds , concerts tickets and etc. This is the sad truth of big franchises and anime industries."

@coolboymew@shitposter.club @LucoaMilkers@poa.st its just pretending to like anime for the street cred dude. Dont really need to think about it that hard

@rude@kys.moe @LucoaMilkers@poa.st if the girls in love live are making them incomfortable because they're cute, Nami's breasts will make them have heart attacks

@heavens_feel@neckbeard.xyz @LucoaMilkers@poa.st yeah, that's the Japanese idol industry But lol at sex appeal, there's like Nozomi, Kanan and Karin are the sexy one pretty much and that's it? And that's just in the game Fuck, the girls bust were non-existent in the Niji anime

@coolboymew@shitposter.club @LucoaMilkers@poa.st For me, the appeal is the friendships between the girls, the eccentric personalities, the nice music, and the general lack of real-world unplesantness.

@coolboymew@shitposter.club @heavens_feel@neckbeard.xyz @LucoaMilkers@poa.st >But lol at sex appeal dude literally every lovelive girl is a love goddess I don't know how they do it

@heavens_feel@neckbeard.xyz @coolboymew@shitposter.club @LucoaMilkers@poa.st >lack of real-world unpleasantness How dare the Japanese not shoehorn boring American race and gender issues into their media? Love Live *should've* used their platform to make a statement disavowing racism and pledging half of their profits to BLM to placate Reddit dorks and bluehairs on Twitter.

@coolboymew@shitposter.club @LucoaMilkers@poa.st I don't think most of these people actually watch anime in any real capacity. They've just watched a couple popular shows, usually mainstream shouldn't. All those shitty click bait journos really made it pretty clear to me, they all have a really surface level familiarity. They only watch something more to drum up attention and virtue signal
