Ngl the fear of layoffs is what has me ultimately thinking I need to just get any cheap ass car right now so that when I have to apply for jobs I still meet the car requirement People don't talk enough about how NOT having a car keeps you in poverty because you are denied by most jobs for that reason alone

@eris@yourwalls.today I probably should get my permit because a shitload of IT jobs were in nowhere highway locations I couldn't go by bus or required a car too I'd be less in trouble than before because I live severely closer to everything now, but still, no car if a future job requires it
