@getimiskon@fedi.getimiskon.xyz it may sound a bit dumb but maybe an occasional walk around your house might help lift that feeling yanno. Now that I think a bit, if your house has a balcony, take your pc and some homemade coffee and tinker outside. A small environmental change can help lift that dread.
