@coolboymew@shitposter.world it is, but having worked at private companies this whole time (6 years) Ive only heard bad things about the union, but I can't tell if that is because those exact private company people did not want me to leave them or not. When I read posts on reddit it seems like people like the union so I dont know (i know, reddit, but I'm looking wherever I can for info)
