I kind of don’t like Enter the Gungeon, but if there’s three rogue likes I’ll recommend off the bat, it’s ; Hades Curse of the Dead Gods. West of Dead. Three diff themes, but over all really good cell shaded hack and slashers.

Your primary ability is the "turn" function that lets you queue up your next few seconds of movement and actions. It's technically an action RPG, but with the ability to stop time and strategize what you're doing in chunks.
