sjw - https://neckbeard.xyz/users/sjw A lot of job applications have impossible requirements so that if a minority or woman tries to sue the company for discrimination they can avoid a law suit by saying that they simply didn't meet the requirements. Companies particularly like to use a ridiculous number of years of experience that is impossible for anyone to meet.
