What's her origin?

Her name is Luce (light in Italian). She is the official mascot for the 2025 Jubilee (Xmas - Epiphany) that John Paul II decreed in 2000. She represents pilgrims and has a pet doggo as part of her canon. Pretty wholesome.

I'm pretty sure there are plenty of those around.
