People are all in on Chinese food because they eat food invented in San Francisco until they go to China and eat authentic Chinese food. Then they aren't all in like they were. It's like people eating the Mexican food here in Texas that was invented by General Sam Houston to feed his troops in the Texas Revolutionary War and they go to Mexico and have authentic Mexican cuisine that is wildly different from what we have here and end up on the toilet for a week peeing out their asshole.
