I want to spend my Biden bux on a new rifle or shotgun, so something $1400 or less. For a rifle, I'd want something like a MCX, Bren 2, or G36 in 5.56. Piston driven, foldable stock. I do not want a piston driven AR-15. For a shotgun, I have no fucking idea. Semi-auto vs pump action. Just something light and maneuverable for CQM.

I already have reliable rifles. Fun story, light infantry has nothing else to do but shoot and train. So I got sent to the shotgun course because they needed to send anyone, and I was the lucky/unlucky guy. I did everything shotgun including breaching, only fun part of the day. I'd never had bruises from firing a weapon before that day.
