I actually get confused, though, because my father-in-law is the half Italian & he's really laid back... no grudges, etc... but my Euro mutt MIL is the nutter. So much so he's at least partly guilty by association, but still interesting 🤔

I grew up around guidos and have some seriously Italian clients. I know how to handle them though. It's an art form for sure. They can be very loyal, but it's very black and White. I've 86'd a few before they 86'd me. You gotta stay on top of them to be respected.

Spaniard on the otherhand don't really hold grudges and don't argue much. But you gotta watch them, because they're gonna do what they wanna do, they'll just wait until you're not looking.
