You probably don't have the stuff called "American cheese"; it's like Swiss cheese, it's the name for a variety, this is the stuff that is, like, milk solids and oil. It's an insult to both America and cheese. And if that wasn't bad enough, there's Velveeta and Kraft Singles, things that can't even be classified as cheese. Anyway, I guess there was no Manchego or gruyere available at whatever fuckin' Walmart Josh was born and raised in. (I'm in one of those horrible pods myself right now. A weird film of suburban accretia orbiting a Walmart. Sam Walton got started in same obscure region as the Clintons, the same place Acxiom is headquartered, and both Acxiom and Walmart took off around the same time, terrorism and NAFTA suddenly coincided.)
