Even if you could, why would you do it? It's significantly better for the environment to keep your old car running, rather then get a gay new car. America is such an ass backwards country.

@n8@poa.st @BigTony@poa.st To be fair, I actually do like electric cars, for practical purposes. I mean less involvement in the middle east is always better. However, an electric car is as fuel efficient as a current regular Toyota hybrid. So they're not out-of-this-world efficient and you can just get a Toyota hybrid if you want to save a buck. It is cheaper maintenance, but it is heavier, it catches on fire in a crash and you need to replace batteries in about 8 years. Good news is that you can reuse the batteries for housing storage Now as far as gearhead goes, speed is ridiculous. The weight, of course, is a problem, as far as handling goes, so that means for a good drive you need the fancy shmancy electronics and a cheap electric car won't be nice to drive. The noise... I mean, it's whatever. Alot of petrol cars these days actually fake their noise with exhaust trickery, or even speakers, so if you miss the noise, you can probably just get the software for it. Personally, just open the windows and the sound of rushing air is far better than some fake engine noise. As far as the computer control is concerned, this is not an electric car thing. It's just the fucking control net extending to your car and the popo can shut down alot of cars. Rooting your car, is however, a must these days. I don't trust pajeets to not mess up my car with an update, or have it open for Jews and the police to mess it with.
