Fully agree. There are some counter measures though. My [url=https://botsin.space/users/prusa3D]Prusa3D Twitter[/url] actually detects some types of fails... And [url=https://botsin.space/users/octoprint3d]OctoPrint[/url] helps a lot to remote monitor and supports the spaghetti plugin that uses ML to detect failures.
