@Ronnie21093@varishangout.net @eldr@varishangout.net they couldn't have just licensed the JP one and dubbed it/slapped subtitles over it. They had to make their own version for way more cost and infinitely more mockery. I guess at least the mangaka probably got paid a decent sum for loicensing.

@Ronnie21093@varishangout.net yeah, but this time they REALLY went out out their way to fuck up, you'd have to actively try to reach that level of incompetency they had the manga, anime and a whole 3 season live action to copy their homework from and as far as i can tell from the trailer it looks like they managed to fuck up everything from casting to storyline and character motivation
