@parusmajor@shitposter.club seems silly but I can see the point of it very easily, you want people to like or dislike based on if they actually liked or disliked something, instead of letting the ratio affect their decision

@shpuld@shpposter.club If that's the problem they were trying to fix, they could have hidden the ratio until after the user had voted. That's how most polls do it.
