Voice actors deserve less. I'm HOPING they get replaced by AI at this point. Especially the dubbing industry.

I would love to support voice actors more, in Japan because they have actual talent. Not the majority of American VAs who fail to bring a character to life.

Again, that is because most American VAs are not willing to bring a character to life. FFS... Mark Gatha once said that he did not feel like he gave Domon a good performance in the 1st half of G Gundam as he was feeling out the character and Bandai said "no" to doing excessive reworks.
